Gmina Mogilno is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Mogilno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Mogilno, which lies approximately 52 kilometres (32 mi) south of Bydgoszcz.

The gmina covers an area of 256.11 square kilometres (98.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 24,822 (out of which the population of Mogilno amounts to 12,359, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 12,463).
