Gmina Nowy Duninów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Nowy Duninów, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) west of Płock and 112 km (70 mi) west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 144.79 square kilometres (55.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,884.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Gostynin-Włocławek Landscape Park.
