Gmina Powidz is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Słupca County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Powidz, which lies approximately 15 kilometres (9 mi) north of Słupca and 69 km (43 mi) east of the regional capital Poznań.

The gmina covers an area of 80.15 square kilometres (30.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 2,077.
