Gmina Przechlewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the village of Przechlewo, which lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-west of Człuchów and 110 km (68 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 243.88 square kilometres (94.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,158.
