Gmina Szlichtyngowa is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wschowa County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland. Its seat is the town of Szlichtyngowa, which lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Wschowa and 57 km (35 mi) south-east of Zielona Góra.

The gmina covers an area of 99.74 square kilometres (38.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,109 (out of which the population of Szlichtyngowa amounts to 1,348, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,761).

Apart from the town of Szlichtyngowa, Gmina Szlichtyngowa contains the villages and settlements of Dryżyna, Gola, Górczyna, Jędrzychowice, Kowalewo, Małe Drzewce, Nowe Drzewce, Puszcza, Stare Drzewce, Wyszanów and Zamysłów.
