Gmina Tczów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zwoleń County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Tczów, which lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Zwoleń and 104 km (65 mi) south of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 72.12 square kilometres (27.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,877.
