Gmina Złoty Stok is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the Czech border. Its seat is the town of Złoty Stok, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) south of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and 77 kilometres (48 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 75.63 square kilometres (29.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,748 (out of which the population of Złoty Stok amounts to 2,930, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 1,818).

Neighbouring gminas

Gmina Złoty Stok is bordered by the gminas of Bardo, Kamieniec Ząbkowicki, Kłodzko, Lądek-Zdrój and Paczków. It also borders the Czech Republic.
