Go Well Diamond Heart is the ninth studio album by British progressive rock band Mostly Autumn. It is significant in the respect that it is the first album by the band not to feature longtime lead vocalist and songwriter Heather Findlay who departed from the band in early 2010 to start a solo career. Therefore, this is the first album featuring Olivia Sparnenn on lead vocals, despite appearing on the past two studio albums singing backing vocals. This is also the first studio album to feature drummer Gavin Griffiths.

This album also marks the return of two of the band's founding members: Iain Jennings and Liam Davison. Jennings had not played on a Mostly Autumn studio album since 2005's Storms Over Still Water; and Davison since 2006's Heart Full of Sky.

The album was initially released in a special edition double disc edition only available from the official Mostly Autumn website. A single disc general release version became available in November 2010 in all retailers and features disc one from the special edition.
