God Is On My Side is a studio album by a Jamaican reggae singer, Richie Stephens, released on May 22, 2012, under POT OF GOLD/VPAL.

This is his 17th studio album including a mixture of gospel including traditional gospel songs and ballads.[1] This album is his first big project after he lost his adopted son, Copper Cat in January 2011.[2]

Before releasing this album, he received several awards including a “Lifetime Achievement Award at the third annual Linkage Awards and an ‘Achievement Award’ at the 16th annual Jamaica Jazz & Blues Festival in Trelawny for his twenty-seven-year contribution to the reggae industry in 2012.[3]
