Gore Bahadur Khapangi ( गोरे बहादुर खपांगी ) was former minister and founding leader of Prajatantrik Janamukti Party of Nepal. He belongs to Magars community. He was born in Mahottari District of Nepal. He completed his Master Degree in Major English form Kathmandu,Nepal. There are total 6 members in his family.His health is in serious condition after he was hit by a motorbike in Kathmandu.[1] He is revered as the god father of Nepalese indigenous peoples movement. Khapangi had served as the Minister for Women, Children and Social Welfare in the government led by the then Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand following the dissolution of the Sher Bahadur Deuba-led government by the then King Gyanendra Shah on October 5, 2002. He passed way on Saturday midnight while undergoing treatment at the Neuro Hospital in Bansbari of Kathmandu. He was 70 year old.
