The Grand Canyon Synod is a synod, or diocese, of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). It is one of the 65 synods within the ELCA. It comprises the state of Arizona and southern Nevada. The synod was made up of 108 congregations as of August 2008.[1]
