Granrudmoen (also referred to as Øyer Sør) is the biggest population cluster in Øyer municipality, Oppland county, Norway.

Its population is 1,755.[1] It is located close to 1994 Olympic venues Hafjell and Hunderfossen. The local multi-sports team is Øyer-Tretten IF.

The first element is the name of the small farm Granrud ('the clearing among the spruces'), the last element is the finite form of mo m 'moor, heath'.
