Greg Swann b. 1962 is the current Chief Executive Officer of the Carlton Football Club, an Australian rules football club based in Melbourne competing in the Australian Football League. On 23 March 2007, former CEO Michael Malouf stood down and it was announced that Swann would be Malouf's immediate replacement.[1]

Swann was previously Chief Executive Officer of Carlton's fierce rival, the Collingwood Football Club. He attended Wesley College (Melbourne, Australia) where he was involved in the sport cricket.
