Gregorio Di Leo (born July 12, 1983 in Palermo, Italy) is a psychologist, life coach, faculty director of Fondazione Istud (an Italian Business School), entrepreneur and professional Italian KickBoxing World Champion Semi-contact kickboxer.

Biography

Di Leo holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Padua, an executive program at Wharton Business School and has been in the W.A.K.O (World Association of Kick Boxing Organizations) of Kickboxing, -69 kg category, Semi-contact discipline:

Gregorio Di Leo has been the one of European athlete capable of winning a team competition in the United States, together with Roberto Bellotti (Amerikick International, Atlantic City, 2005) and he is the only European athlete that has been able to win a race in Central America(Guatemala City, Great Maya Challenge, 2006).

Di Leo is part of the Aikya Team, established by Giampaolo Calajò (already World Champion) and part of Team Bestfighters, founded by Italian national coach Gianfranco Rizzi. Gregorio Di Leo is a psychologist, graduated at the University of Padova in 2006. He is martial arts teacher, personal trainer and human resources consultant. During his career he has run several stages of Kickboxing Italy, Bulgaria, South Korea, United States and Norway.

In the 2010 Di Leo created the innovative training method named Intensive Point Fight Training. The goal of the Intensive point Fight Training program is promoting a global approach to human sport performance. In the same year he took part the first edition of the SportAccord World Combat Games held in Beijing and won in the -74 kg category of Kickboxing Semi-contact.

Di Leo is vice-president of Aikya Team and alumnus of Giampaolo Calajò.

Professional Activity

Gregorio Di Leo's work in focused on improving people life inside and outside organizations. In 2011 he started focusing on the topic of courage working to define the organizational conditions that foster courageous behaviors and the personal meta-skills needed to act with courage. Gregorio is an organizational consultant, and life coach of entrepreneurs and managers.
