Grojec [ˈɡrɔjɛt͡s] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Alwernia, within Chrzanów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Alwernia, 13 km (8 mi) south-east of Chrzanów, and 28 km (17 mi) west of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 1,259.
