Grupo Antolin started its business journey as a mechanics garage (specialized in vehicle and agriculture machinery repairs) in Burgos, Spain, and run by Avelino Antolin López and his sons Avelino and José. Nowadays, Grupo Antolin is one of the largest players in the car interiors market internationally and number one worldwide supplier of headliner substrates.

The long industrial tradition and mastery of a broad technologies portfolio have positioned the copmany as a key reference in the automotive sector. Is a leading multinational company in the development, design and manufacture of interior components for the automobile industry in five different areas: Overheads & Soft Trim, Doors & Hard Trim, Seats & Metal, Lighting and Cockpits & Consoles.

On 31 August 2015, the company announced the acquisition of Magna Interiors, the interiors business of Magna International.
