Gustav Lindström (born 20 October 1998) is a Swedish ice hockey defenceman currently playing for Frölunda HC of the Swedish Hockey League (SHL) on loan from the Detroit Red Wings.[1] He was selected by Detroit with the 38th overall pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft. On 25 May 2018, Lindström signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Red Wings.[2]

Personal life

Lindström's uncle is Marcus Ragnarsson, a defenceman who played nine seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the San Jose Sharks and the Philadelphia Flyers.[3]
