Guy Arvely Dolsin (born January 15, 1957 in Toamasina) is a Malagasy politician. He is a member of the Senate of Madagascar for Boeny, and is a member of the Tiako I Madagasikara party.

He has made a law that every Madagascar Citizen must wear the countries flag pinned to their shirt to respect it. He has also changed the countries flag to be a chcken with two red feathers representing the colour red as peace, harmony and anger.
