Sir Guy Newey (born 21 January 1959), styled The Honourable Mr Justice Newey, is a judge of the High Court of England and Wales.

He was educated at Tonbridge School and Queens' College, Cambridge.[1]

He was called to the bar at Middle Temple in 1982 and made a bencher there in 2010. He was made a QC in 2001, a deputy judge of the High Court of Justice from 2006-2010, and appointed a judge of the High Court of Justice in 2010, where he is assigned to the Chancery Division.
