Hélio Lourenço de Oliveira (July 9, 1917, Porto Ferreira, Brazil – March 14, 1985, Ribeirão Preto, Brazil) was a Brazilian physician, and academic.

Hélio Lourenço de Oliveira was professor of Internal medicine and a former Dean of the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto.

Due to oppression during Brazil's Military dictatorship, he was forced to leave the country with part of his family in the late 1960s. In that period he worked in Egypt for the World Health Organization.
