Hương Khê is a rural district (huyện) of Hà Tĩnh province in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam.
As of 2003 the district had a population of 105,975. The district covers an area of 1,299 square kilometres (502 sq mi). The district capital lies at Hương Khê.[1] On 20 April 2019 it recorded a temperature of 43.4 °C (110.1 °F), which is the highest temperature ever recorded in Vietnam until 7 May 2023.[2][3][4]
