HMCS Endeavour (AGOR 171) was an Endeavour-class oceanographic research ship. She served the Royal Canadian Navy and later the Canadian Forces from 1965-1998.

HMCS Endeavour (AGOR 171) operated as a civilian vessel and was stationed off the west coast. Since 1998 oceanographic and hydrographic survey is now conducted by the Canadian Coast Guard.

This ship is no longer operated by the Canadian Navy and is privately owned and operated by a U.S. citizen. It is being refit for world travel and exploration.
