Halonen Cave is a cave which is located in Säkkilä village in Halosenvaara, in Kuusamo. It forms a passageway which expands into a room-like space and in which the tilt of the floor is growing towards the back of the cave. The shape of the cave is a cylinder and almost around.[1] The cave is over 15 meters long and its height at the middle is approximately 3 meters. The cave has gotten its name after the owner of the land area.[2][3]
