Hammerax is an American percussion and cymbal manufacturer, launched in 2006 headed by John Stannard.[1] Hammerax is known for their unique percussive creations and unusual instrument designs,[2] which have received mixed reviews from customers.[3][4]

Hammerax is notable due to their wide range of sponsored artists and featured musicians, including Terry Bozzio,[5] drummer for Frank Zappa and Missing Persons, Will Calhoun, drummer for Living Color, and Danny Carey,[6] drummer for the band Tool, among others.
