Harald Astrup /ʼhɑːɾɑl ˈɑstɾʉp/ (12 May 1831 – 1914) was a Norwegian wholesaler, stadshauptmann and organizational leader.

He was born in Larvik to Henning Martin Astrup and Maren Dorothea Lohrbauer. He married Johanne Emilie Smith in 1861.[1]

Their daughter Hanna (1869–1933) was married to politician Peter Andreas Morell.[2] They also had the sons Henning (1864–1896), Eivind (1871–1895), Sigurd (1873–1949), and Thorvald Astrup (1876–1940).[3]

Astrup settled as merchant in Christiania in 1857. He was a co-founder, board member and vice chairman of Kristiania Handelsstandsforening. From 1874 to 1877 he served as stadshauptmann in Chrisitania. He was decorated Knight of the Swedish Order of Vasa.[1]
