Harry Brown (b. 1955) is an American businessman and politician; he is a member of the North Carolina State Senate. He represents the state's sixth Senate district, which consists of Jones and Onslow counties.
He left the Democratic Party and joined the Republican Party. In 2004 Brown defeated Democratic incumbent Cecil Hargett. He retained his seat in 2006 by beating challenger Carolyn Pittman-Dorsey.
