Timothy Barnwell (born July 26, 1967, New Jersey, United States),[1] better known by the stage name Headliner, is an American DJ and businessman. He is best known for being a member of Arrested Development (hip hop group). His ex-best friend Speech (rapper) met Headliner at the Art Institute of Atlanta, where they were both students.

He left the group after their split in 1996 and did not participate in their reunion in 2000. Since leaving Arrested Development he released a new song called "Pension Plan". After leaving Arrested Development, DJ Headliner met Rasa Don and they started their own business called Creative Royalty Group.[2]
