The Hector-Rolland stadium is a Stadium located in Moulins, in France, inaugurated in 2001. It is also the stadium for the football club of AS MoulinsCFA (D4)

The stadium is named for Hector Rolland, mayor of Moulins from 1971 to 1989 and deputy of the Allier from 1968 to 1981 then 1986 to 1988.
