Henry Blackmon
Henry Blackman (1888–1924) was a former player for the Negro Leagues.[1] He played in the 1920s, when he entered the Eastern League at the age of 30.[2] He lastly played for the Baltimore Black Sox.[2] Blackman played third base and was stated to be a dependable .300 hitter.[3] For a period he played for the Indianapolis ABCs.[4] His salary at the time was $180 per month.[5] He died on August 8, 1924 at the age of 36.[2]
