Hippotion adelinae is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique.

It is similar in forewing and hindwing shape to Hippotion stigma, but the ground colour is much darker. The yellowish spot is present below the apex and tornus with a very clear W-shaped spot. The discal spot is comma-shaped.
