Hodynіvka (Ukrainian: Годинівка; Romanian: Godinești) is a commune (selsoviet) in Hertsa Raion, Chernivtsi Oblast, Ukraine. It is composed of two villages, Hodynіvka and Lukovytsya (Луковиця; Lucovița).
