Hohenwarsleben is a village and a former municipality in the Börde district in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 January 2010, it is part of the municipality Hohe Börde.

The current major of the municipality is Stefi Trittel. The parish council consist of 3 parties: CDU (12 seats), Gemeinschaftsfraktion Hohe Börde (10 Seats) and Freie Wählergemeinschaft (6 seats).

Hohenwarsleben location is smart close to the capital auf Saxony-Anhalt, the city Magdeburg. As result of its location, the village is inhabited by many people, who works in Magdeburg and only live in the village. Within 20 min, by car, Magdeburg could be reached via the B1 (country road) or within 10 min via the highway.
