Holubice is a village and municipality (obec) in Vyškov District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 7.4 square kilometres (2.9 sq mi), and has a population of 897 (as at 3 July 2006).

Holubice lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Vyškov, 15 km (9 mi) east of Brno, and 201 km (125 mi) south-east of Prague.
