Horní Štěpánov is a village and municipality (obec) in Prostějov District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 20 square kilometres (7.7 sq mi), and has a population of 1,001 (as at 28 August 2006).

Horní Štěpánov lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) west of Prostějov, 34 km (21 mi) west of Olomouc, and 181 km (112 mi) east of Prague.
