54°36′00″N 1°39′00″W / 54.600°N 1.650°W / 54.600; -1.650 Houghton Bank is a village in the borough of Darlington and the ceremonial county of County Durham, England.[1] It is situated a few miles west of Newton Aycliffe, on the A68 between Darlington and Bishop Auckland.[1]
