A former local authority in England. It was an Urban District in Cheshire known as West Kirby and Hoylake UD (1894–97), Hoylake and West Kirby UD (1897–1933), and Hoylake UD (1933–74)[6]. Absorbed into the Municipal Borough of Wirral.
