Hundred of Yalpara, 1880

The Hundred of Yalpara is a hundred in the County of Dalhousie, South Australia.[1] The hundred was established 1876 and a town laid out, though it never developed. The Yalpara Post Office, opened in December 1880 and closed on 30 April 1917, similarly Yalpara School opened in 1883 and closed in 1903.

There were floods in 1933.[2]
