Hypsiboas joaquini is a species of frogs in the family Hylidae.
It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and pastureland.
