I'm Mad (song)

"I'm Mad" is a 1953 song by Willie Mabon and his Combo.^[1] Willie Mabon's second chart release was also his second number one on the U.S. R&B chart.^[2] "I'm Mad" spent fourteen weeks on the chart.

Answer record

The success of "I'm Mad" spawned an answer song by singer, Mitzi Mars with Sax Mallard and Orchestra entitled, "I'm Glad", which peaked at number nine on the R&B chart.^[3]
