ITUR or Italy - Turkey - Ukraine - Russia is a submarine telecommunications cable system linking the aforementioned countries.

It has landing points in:

  1. Palermo, Sicily, Italy
  2. Istanbul, Turkey
  3. Odessa, Ukraine
  4. Novorossiysk, Russia

International Telecommunication Union Radio communications Sector (ITU-R) The ITU-R is the regulating international agency over communication frequencies.
