Ibn Razqa

Ibn Razqa or Abdallah Ould Maham Ould Qadi (died in 1144 AH/ 1731 AD) was a well-known poet and scholar from Mauritania. He is sometimes called "the father of the Mauritanian poets".[1] He was the grandson of Abd-Allah al-Qadi (also known as Qadi Shinqit).
