Icicle Seafoods is a seafood processor and wholesaler with land-based and vessel-based processing facilities throughout Alaska. Icicle's corporate headquarters is in Seattle, Washington. The company was started as Petersburg Fisheries, Inc. in 1965 by a group of Alaskan fishermen who purchased the Pacific American Fisheries cannery in Petersburg, Alaska. In 1977, the company was renamed as Icicle Seafoods, Inc.[1] It is owned by the private equity firm Paine & Partners.
