English: KITT at the Universal Studios Theme Park in 1993. As discussed in this video from the Jay Leno's Garage web series, the car was originally built as a stunt car for the show, with a solid roof and based on a 1984 Firebird, and without the K.I.T.T. dashboard. After the show ended, a dashboard that had been used on the insert stage when filming the show was put into the car and it was equipped with speakers and microphones for the Universal Studios exhibit (where you could sit in the car and "speak" to it). As of 2018, the car is owned by Joe Huth. This file is the same image as File:K.I.T.T. at Universal Studios, original uncropped version.jpg, except it has been cropped and color-enhanced to bring out the reflections a bit more.
