Description
English: The Roman Theatre in Mérida. It was constructed in 16-15 B.C., with Consul Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa as promotor. The theatre is still in use, for the annual Festival of Classical Drama.

This is a photo of a monument listed in the Spanish heritage register of Bienes de Interés Cultural under the reference RI-51-0000107.
