This is an example of how page description languages are converted into a raw binary raster image using a raster image processor.

Created by Dale Mahalko, using Microsoft PowerPoint at 200% size (since PowerPoint is not meant to be used as a drawing program but it's all I have available), then screenshotted and saved as a JPEG using Corel PhotoPaint.
