FAIR School Downtown is an urban magnet school in the center of downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a part of Minneapolis Public Schools, and teaches grades K-3 & 9-12.

The new building received the international annual design award of the Council of Educational Facilities Planners International for 2000, the James D. MacConnell Award for outstanding new educational facilities.[1]
