The International Kierkegaard Society is a philosophical society based at the Søren Kierkegaard Research Center (Søren Kierkegaard Forskningscentret) at the University of Copenhagen whose purpose is to promote the study of the works of the Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard throughout the world. The society is affiliated with many philosophical associations, as well the respective national Kierkegaard philosophical societies. The name of the society was changed to the International Kierkegaard Network, since this described its nature better.
