Irena Nawrocka (3 November 1917 – 24 November 2009) was a Polish fencer. She competed in the women's individual foil events at the 1948 and 1952 Summer Olympics.[1]

Nawrocka graduated from the Law School of the Jagiellonian University in 1945. She was a sister of Jan Nawrocki, who was also a fencer. Nawrocka is buried at Bródno Cemetery in Warsaw.
