Isaac Ouwater (1748, Amsterdam – 1793, Amsterdam), was an 18th-century landscape painter from the Northern Netherlands.

Biography

According to the RKD he worked in Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Utrecht, and is known for landscapes and architectural scenes.[1]
