Isileli Tupou also known as Kaiongo Tupou (born 26 October 1984)[1] in Tofua, Tonga) is a rugby union player who plays at center. He currently plays with the Lille Métropole Rugby in the Federale 1 in France.

Tonga U18/19 capt(2002/2003),can play fly-half,inside and outside centre,wing.Tonga A 2006.Played for Tonga in 2007 World Cup.Played for Tonga from 2006–present.Played 18 tests with 3 tests tries.Tautahi Gold vice-captain 2006-2008 for the IRB Pacific Cup.Joined Tonga 2011 rugby world cup wide training squad.Played 25 games for Auch in season 2008-2009,and left Auch to Lille Metropole,due to the club financial difficulties. Played for Lille (2009–present) 75-80 games so far. Since July 2008, no injury report found.
